Jordan's New Range Of Oral Care Products

Recently I was glad to receive Jordan's new range of toothbrush, floss and toothpaste for review. Jordan is an award winning oral care expert since 1837. Jordan is from Norway and uses the Scandinavian technology and colorful design to motivate brushing twice everyday. Jordan has obtained the 'halal' certificate for Jordan Toothpaste Step 1 (Strawberry) and Step 2 (Grape) since May 2018.

As a mother of two kids, I always look for good toothpaste which my kids like to encourage them to brush their teeth at least twice a day. Kids have twice as many taste buds as adults and Jordan's new series of kids toothpaste have a mild, fruity taste that my kids love. Jordan kids toothpaste are formulated to protect milk teeth. There are two different types of toothpaste, 0-5 years old and 6-12 years old. Both are gentle to the enamel and have flouride level adapted to the children's age.

Kids Flosser is important for children to help them get started with using floss. Dentist recommend kids to start flossing from 5 years old. My children really like the kids flosser because the handle is small which makes it easy for them to hold, it can reach all the way to the back teeth and has some fruity flavor. Now, whenever food get stuck to their teeth, they will reach out for this kids flosser and easily remove it. There are refills which can be changed easily.

Jordan 3-in-1 Flosser is a very good product because you can use it as a flosser for cavity protection, as a dental stick for gum care and as a tongue cleaner for fresh breath. This is small in size and can be easily kept together with our toiletries when we travel.

Jordan Nano Compact toothbrush is designed with a small 1.7cm head to allow a more thorough cleaning. I like this toothbrush and think it is very suitable for teenagers to use because of its 0.01mm soft bristles and a slim handle.

Jordan Expert Deep Clean is one of the most sophisticated toothbrush for adults because of its clean tech bristle technology. The bristles are laid in an angled criss-cross pattern to effectively clean along the gum line while removing more plaque for a healthier smile. I like the medium head size and the good handle grip. My husband and I both love this new design toothbrush.

The Jordan Easy Clean Flosser is very easy to clean all teeth especially the back molar teeth because of the long handle. It is comfortable to hold and I really love to use this. It comes with many refills which is easy to change. The Easy Slide Floss is very silky smooth mint flavored & flouride tape which is suitable to clean small spaces. I use this daily to remove plaque.

Ice Age Alive Kuala Lumpur

Last week my family and I visited Ice Age Alive. This is a cool place for children and adults to learn more about the Ice Age beast that are already extinct. Ice Age Alive is located at Malaysian Tourism Centre (MaTiC), 109 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

There is a description in English and Malay for each of these creatures like where they lived, what they ate and their actual sizes compared to human beings. My children and I learnt a lot by reading these information. It's a great knowledge to know about these extinct creatures and what existed on earth millions of years ago.

Besides seeing and learning about these ice age animals and birds, there are many fun activities like ice skating, sand art, jumping castle, fossil digging and games. My whole family had a fun bonding moment here. 

Ice skating is RM10 per person and a pair of socks is RM3. You can bring your own socks too. Ice skating was not easy but my daughter enjoyed it.

Last week, my blogger friends and I visited Melawati Mall which is located along MRR2. This mall has 620,000 sq ft of retail space and 8 levels of shopping. There are many retail shops and F&B outlets here and many shops have sales. I was happy to be invited to visit 27 retail outlets that day. We had lots of fun shopping and enjoyed the delicious meals there. I will be sharing some of my experience shopping here.

1. San Francisco Coffee has a spacious and comfortable ambiance for get together with friends and family. Over here you can get delicious pastas and sandwiches besides their delicious drinks.

2. US Polo ASSN. has fashionable and trendy clothes and handbags. Their product quality if good and durable. There is sales now, so come here and shop soon.

3. Wah Chan is the best store to shop for your jewellery because there is a lot of choices with beautiful designs. Wish I could own some of these gold necklaces and rings.

4. Max Fashion is one of the largest fashion brands across Middle East with 425 stores in 19 countries. There are more than 3000 styles for less than RM 39.00. There is the Ramadhan collection which is contemporary and very elegant.

5. The Travel Store is the right place to shop for your travel luggage, international adapters and bags. There is huge discounts here. I have done a live video for The Travel Store too.

6. Elianto is a well known brand for beauty products. Surprisingly, they have the Musang King collection and durian lovers can get their beauty products with the durian smell. This is something new but I don't like the smell of durians, so this is not for me.

7. Common Sense offers a wide arrays of T-shirts with cute and nice designs. The 14 internationally recognisable icons are Coca-Cola, Disney, Sesame Street, Peanuts, PacMan, SpongeBob, We Bare Bears, Adventure Time, Transformers, Justice League, Billboard, Garfield, Miffy and Mr. Men & Little Miss. I chose a blue Snoopy T-shirt for my daughter.

8. A-Saloon + has many hair care / treatment packages as well as coloring, rebonding and others. There is a separate room for Muslim women who wear headscarves for more privacy.

9. Aster Spring is where you can start to take care of your skin. Great news for new customers as they can enjoy RM 500.00 package with RM 1,256.00 worth of facials & products for a limited period.

10. Jubahsouq offers nice, decent and stylish clothes. Would love to get myself a nice 'Baju 

Raya' here.

11. Young Hearts is the store where girls can shop for bras and panties. They also sell long 

T-shirts for comfortable sleeping. Young Hearts is having promotions now, come and check 

it out.

12. Toys R Us is a heaven for kids because there are so many different types of toys here. 

If you buy toys often, come and join their Star card membership where you can get points 

and cash vouchers when you purchase toys. Sometimes there are special discounts for Star 

card Members.

13. MPH here at Melawati Mall is huge and has many books and stationery. There is 50% discount 

off their USBORNE BIG PICTURE ATLAS. There is also Sassy & Inky discounts.

14. Baba Nyonya serves a wide variety of local food. The ambiance is cozy and the interior 

decorations are beautiful. We had nasi lemak and curry puff that day.

15. NY Steak Shack serves delicious western food. They have the sharing platters which is 

suitable for sharing among friends.

16. Sopoong is a Korean restaurant where you can taste delicious, authentic Korean food. If you 

love to eat Korean food, come and dine here. My daughter enjoyed eating Japchae the 

most.

17. Good2U is an off-price retailer that sells quality, fashionable, branded and affordable 

clothing. This is a family shop where you can buy clothes for the whole family - toddlers, 

children and adults. There is a 14 days return policy if clothes are defective and you still 

have the price tag and receipt.

18. Me Clinic is an aesthetic clinic for facial treatments, laser treatments and others. If you 

want to pamper yourself and look radiant and young, come and experience these treatments.

19. Kid Zone is an indoor kids playland for children up 2 to 15 years of age. Kid Zone offers a 

futsal and basketball area, trampolines, ball fountain, slides, web climbing and lots more. 

My children have been here before and I would love to bring them here again to have 

more fun!

20. Row Six is where we had satay, chicken wings and spring rolls. The food was delicious and well 

marinated. 

21. Pizza Hut has their Madu Padu Pizza for Ramadan and Raya promotion. This pizza is 

loaded with chicken bites, tasty diced cheese and topped with a unique twist - special honey drizzle 

and crispy tortilla. This limited edition pizza is available from now till 14 July 2018.

22. Kek Span Oree offers soft, fine, cake fresh from the oven. I love to eat these cakes  

because the cakes are very soft and not too sweet.

23. Hei Sushi is a popular Japanese restaurant. If you love to eat Japanese food, this would 
be a great place to dine when you shop at Melawati Mall. The food is very tasty and delicious.

24. Pet Lovers Center is the place for pet owners to get their pet food / accessories / cage or 

cute pets. You can apply to be their card member to get further discounts.

25. Daily Fresh is well kown for their yummy snacks. I love their waffle and corn juice. I did 

two live videos. Video 1 and Video 2.

26. Pappa Roti offers delicious coffee buns, potato wedges and other snacks. If you want to 

have something light, do try their snacks. 

27. Fitness First has many different exercise equipment for a great workout. There are also 

classes you can join to stay fit and healthy. I was glad my daughter and I joined the workout 

session even though we were tired after a whole day shopping at Melawati Mall.

We had so much fun visiting 27 retail outlets and we will come back again for more shopping, 

pampering, relaxation and entertainment.
