Buffet carving stations include roasted whole lamb rack, baked whole salmon fish, Beef Wellington served with sauce of mint, mushroom, black pepper, rosemary, cream white herbs and BBQ. Their chefs have prepared yummy main dishes to cater to different taste buds.

If you are looking for a great place to have buffet hi-tea, you can check out Kontiki Restaurant at The Federal Bukit Bintang. There was delicious tender Satay with full house traditional condiments, Yong Tau Foo, roast chicken, noodles and rice, soft mashed potatoes, salads and cold cuts, fresh cold prawns, mussles, oysters, 'ulam campur', fried fish, 'sambal sotong', stir fried vegetables, chicken soup, sushi and lots more. 

For dessert, there was a wide selection of delicious cakes, mousse, pudding, jelly in glasses, whole cakes, 'air batu campur', ice-cream and fresh fruits. These cakes were very moist and delicious.
