Whether you know your partner best or a potential new love is about to spring, this fun and quirky quiz will point you in the direction to truly wow them this Chap Goh Meh. Let the ideas flow, as you find out what kind of romantics you – and your partner – are.

The Practical Lovebird

When there is a purpose, there is a reason to do it. If you are the type of person who finds purpose behind everything and favours rationale over emotion, then you are a practical lovebird. For you, there are a multitude of ways to show your emotions, but logic is your bread and butter.

Whether it’s setting the date for a pamper session at a salon for your significant other, or a full body massage to relieve stress from a work week, there is always something out there to show that you care. These are two great ways to spend some quality time, relaxing.

If that’s not your cup of tea, you can always try a scrumptious buffet at a hotel, the limitless selection will leave you and your partner spoilt for choice, but hey, at least you’re spoilt for choice together.

The Passionate Partner

More passion than a passion fruit. You enjoy doing things with your significant other, capturing moments and showing them off. After all, what screams passion than showing off your perfect relationship. Whether it’s spending time at home, visiting a new café, or going to the movies, it’s a must to do it with your loved one. Because you enjoy your time together so much, you’d want time to slow down and maybe even come to a stop.

It’s probably a safe bet to say that you’ve taken tons of photos together and would love to print some of them. A photobook is a great solution, and what’s more it’s customisable, so you can add some personal touches to it.

If you prefer a little more hands-on approach, you could get an instant camera and compile all your photos in the bundled album, or even start your own scrapbook!

The Starry-eyed Adventurer

There is no corner you will leave unexplored. You are adventurous. From rock-climbing to eating creepy-crawlies, anything that has an adventurous spin, you’re doing it. Better yet, you’re not doing it alone! There’s nothing better than creating new memories with the one you love, so you often embark on random road trips and both planned and unplanned holidays. You love to see new places and meet new faces, all with the company of your significant other.

The more a couple does things together, the stronger the relationship, so why not tackle District 21 together? With 10 adventure attractions to choose from, there’s bound to be something the both of you can enjoy.

What if you have a close group of friends and you’d like to show some family love? Well, how about something that can involve more than just couples – something like Bubble Sports.

If your significant other enjoys something a little more tranquil, and you both enjoy the outdoors, you could opt for a hiking trip in Cameron Highlands, where you can greet the morning sun.

The Hopeless Romantic

Go “all in”, it’s all or nothing. Putting your heart, soul, mind and finances to the test, is the ultimate way you show you care. From planning every intricate detail to splurging on the biggest teddy, you are the hopeless romantic. Charming, confident and not afraid to express your feelings pretty much sums up who you are. You’re someone who isn’t shy to say how much you love your partner each and every single day of the year.

Taking a trip to Langkawi is a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives, but for an unforgettable experience, you could go on a sunset cruise on a yacht. Cool breeze in your hair, a cold drink in your hand and your loved one in the other. That’s pretty romantic.

New And Exciting Attractions At Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting - Part 1 (Ripley's Believe It or Not and Jurassic Research Center)

My children and I were delighted to have the opportunity to visit the new and exciting attractions at Level 4 of Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting. There is so much to do and see here at 6000 feet above sea level. Whether you are a child or a grown up, everyone will find something interesting and fun. Besides visiting the Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, visitors can visit Ripley's Believe It or Not Adventureland, Jurassic Research Center, The Play Time Video Games Park, Alive Museum, Zombie Outbreak and Jungle Gym.

Visitors that step into the area will immediately be greeted by armored elephants as they flap their massive ears. Ripley’s Believe It or Not Adventureland takes it to the next level as children will have the time of their lives as they go on a ride on moving dinosaurs such as the Triceratops and Parasaurolophus.

Children enjoying their dinosaur rides.

Even the ticketing counter is one of a kind with a massive model of a Trojan horse. If the PlayTime! Video Games Park is for teenagers, then the arcade games in this area for are perfect for the toddlers. If visitors are feeling lucky, they can play the happy arcade game at RM10 per try to win headphones, smart phones and even a Macbook pro.

One of my favorite attractions is the Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium. This is where I can see strange and weird things but they are all true. When I was younger, I loved to watch 'Ripley's Believe It or Not' on television and bought books to read.

A group photo of invited bloggers and influencers

Here are some photos I took at the Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium. My children and I enjoyed seeing all the displays here. There are buttons where you can press for lights and songs at some of the displays. Some are scary, funny or just unbelievable but they are all true.

Vampire Woman looks very scary. She had her face tattooed in remembrance of her mom.

Tribal Masks Collections and New Guinea Clay using real human skull.

 Two-headed turtle

Albino Cobra and a two-headed pig.

There is also a section where you will be fascinated by all the eye illusions. Our eyes can play tricks on us.

Here are 2 photos of my children standing at different corners of this room and you can see a big difference in their sizes.

There are lots more to see here, so plan your holidays to Resorts World Genting to see this for yourself. Bring your family here because this is one of the best family vacation attractions in Malaysia.

For more information on Ripley's Believe It or Not, visit their FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM.

Our next visit was to Jurassic Research Center located just next to Ripley's Believe It or Not. The Jurassic Research Center is the answer to everyone’s childhood dreams with massive figures of different species of dinosaurs spread throughout the center such as the Brachiosaurus, the Triceratops or even the sabre-toothed tiger. Travel back in time to see roaring dinosaurs come alive. The dinosaurs here look very real. Here is a short video I took.

Sabre-toothed tiger

There is no better way of learning than interactivity and this centre does that best. Visitors will be startled when a Tyrannosaurus Rex magnificently roars as they walk by and witness a strange looking Gigantoraptor rear its head at them which really brings the place to life. Here, visitors can get up and close with dinosaurs like never before.

Models of dinosaurs

There is even a fossil laboratory to study the different specimen models of dinosaur fossils with detailed inscriptions. The exciting highlight is a 4D experience of witnessing velociraptors wrecking havoc in a discovery lab.

Operation times are from 10.00am to 10.00pm. Prices for the attractions may be purchased
separately or in a combo of two or three attractions. Prices vary for standard tickets for adults and children and for Genting Rewards members. For more information, call +603 6101 1118 or visit www.rwgenting.com.

My children and I had an enjoyable day at Resorts World Genting visiting the new and exciting attractions. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hope you have enjoyed reading part 1 of my blog post, stay tune to my part 2 of the new and exciting attractions at Sky Avenue for 'The Play Time Video Games Park', Alive Museum and Zombie Outbreak.

Chinese New Year : "Every Minute Matters" event by Panadol Malaysia

When I was a very young girl, I love festive celebrations like Chinese New Year. I did not realized how much preparations my family especially my mom had to do. There is a long list of things we need to do. As I grew older, I helped my mom prepare for Chinese New Year. I still love to celebrate Chinese New Year now but as a mother of 2 young children, I know how much work and preparations need to be done before Chinese New Year.

One of the most important things to do is spring cleaning and hanging all the nice decorations in our house. Spring cleaning for my family includes cleaning the whole house, changing pillow cushions, cleaning the ceiling fans, cleaning the oily kitchen area and lots more. Sometimes it takes us a few days just to do all these. After we do our cleaning, we will buy Chinese New Year decorations to hang and decorate our house. This is more fun as it gives us the Chinese New Year mood.

Shopping for new clothes and groceries is the next thing we do. Usually I will compare prices before I buy to save some money. We usually buy mandarin oranges, CNY cookies, packet drinks, vegetables, fish, prawn, mushrooms and others. My mom makes her own CNY cookies because she said it's healthier without preservatives. All these preparations are so hectic in our busy schedule and sometimes we need help to relieve our stress, headache or body pain fast. Panadol ActiFast can help solve your problem.

Recently Panadol Malaysia invited some bloggers for Chinese New Year dinner at Yellow Apron. There was calligraphy activity and Feng Shui talk by Jane Hor to enlighten us about the 12 zodiac animals luck in the year of the dog. It was a great event to learn more about Feng Shui.
