Great news for Hello Kitty and Friends lovers because Our Sanrio Times, the largest Hello Kitty and Sanrio Characters exhibition in Southeast Asia at Quill City Mall has been extended to 17 February 2019. Spanning 1500 sqm, this is a great place to bring your family to take memorable photos with the colorful and adorable Hello Kitty and Sanrio characters. My children and I were very happy to visit Our Sanrio Times exhibition and felt like we were living in Hello Kitty Town. It surely brought back memories of my younger times.
As we entered, we walked through the Sanrio Time Tunnel to see all the Hello Kitty merchandise created since 1974. There were water bottles, lunch boxes, cute stickers and others.
I loved the Plushy World area the most because there was a 3.5m tall giant Hello Kitty there with many other plushies. What a lovely sight!
The paper doll fun area was my kids favorite play area because they could play dress up with Kiki and Lala.
Vintage Stationery House featured the classical stationery items. Wish I could own some of these cute pens.
Small Gift Big Smile reminds us that giving even a small gift can put smiles on the faces of loved ones. This is really true and it's always a great feeling to receive small gifts as surprises often.
Drawing Classroom is where we learnt how to draw the Sanrio characters.
Sanrio Village is a beautiful place with a train and a beautiful clock where you can take memorable photos. You can hop on the train if you like. There is also a Sanrio Gift Gate where you can see lovely gifts.
Strawberry Office where you can enjoy reading Sanrio magazines on comfortable bean bags.
Sanrio in Malaysia is where we saw Hello Kitty and Sanrio characters at KLCC Twin Towers & KL Towers, Central Market, a typical 'kampung' Malay house and shop lots.
There is also a Cover Photo Studio where you can get a photo taken by the professionals for RM25 and a souvenirs gift shop selling Hello Kitty and Sanrio merchandise on your way out. If you love to play games, there is a game area with a few fun games.
My kids and I had a great time here and since they extended the exhibition to 17 February 2019, bring your children here to enjoy the lovely place. Adults and seniors can also relive their childhood memories here!
