Foodtopia Foodbulous Weekday Treats at Mines Shopping Centre

Mines Shopping Centre is having a great promotion called Foodtopia Foodbulous Weekday Treat. This promotion lets you enjoy a delicious meal & drink for only RM 7.90. The promotion is all day long on weekdays and you need to sign up as a CapitaStar member on level 3 customer service counter or if you are already a CapitaStar member, you can redeem the voucher with 1,600 points. This promotion is until 2 June 2017. So hurry and come to Mines Shopping Centre.

There are 7 restaurants participating in this promotion namely, Fish & Co,, Little Fat Duck, The Chicken Rice Shop, Almendi's, Sepiring, Pizza San Francisco and Dubuyo. I had the opportunity to try the RM 7.90 meals at all these restaurants, thanks to Wendy Lee.

Fish & Co.

The promotion at Fish & Co. are for these 3 dishes below. Each meal comes with a glass of free drink and it is hard to believe that it cost RM 7.90 only. The meals are delicious and if you love to eat fresh fish or spaghetti, you can come over to enjoy your meal.

Our next restaurant was The Little Fat Duck. The meals for RM 7.90 are four different types of spaghetti sauce as shown in the photo below.

The Chicken Rice Shop is a very common restaurant which sells steam, roasted or soy sauce chicken with rice & soup. For RM 7.90, you can get a chicken rice meal with free drink.

Almendi's 
This was the 1st time I tried the food at Almendi's. The meal I tried is more suitable for folks who love spicy food because the sauce is spicy. The chicken meat was tender and delicious.The restaurant ambience is cozy and the decoration is quite nice.

Sepiring was our next stop. They offer Laksa or Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken for the promotional RM 7.90 meal. I liked the curry chicken because the curry was very tasty and the Nasi Kunyit was soft.

Pizza San Francisco is a popular family restaurant. There are two dishes under this promotion which is Carbonara and Fish & Chip. Each meal comes with either soft drink (Sprite or Coke) or syrup.

The fish and fries were very crispy and nice. My son enjoyed this dish the most.

Our last restaurant was Dubuyo, a popular korean restaurant. The promotional meal was Soondubu Jigae and you can choose seafood, beef or chicken. The other meal is Honey Garlic Bulgogi where the meat was marinated and grilled. This was my favorite dish.
