Tiki BBQ Seafood dinner is held at Kontiki Restaurant at The Federal Kuala Lumpur. For the start of dining, simply kick off with the appetizer, cold platter and salad bar. The variety is plenty such as seafood on ice comprising tiger prawns, 1/2 shell mussels, cold roasted beef or lamb, fresh salad bar offers the fresh ingredients that comprised Western, Chinese and Malay style such as the tossed salad with mix of 6 types - sausage, coleslaw, capsicum, chicken ham, pasta, seafood & tuna, rojak buah, Malaysian kerabu, assorted fruits pickled and cocktail pickled with dressing of honey mustard, thousand island, ceasar dressing, tartar sauce, pesto, mayonnaise and olive oil. The scrumptious buffet offers varieties of local and continental savouries to stir your palate. 

Buffet carving stations include roasted whole lamb rack, baked whole salmon fish, Beef Wellington served with sauce of mint, mushroom, black pepper, rosemary, cream white herbs and BBQ. Their chefs have prepared yummy main dishes to cater to different taste buds. 

For those with a sweet tooth, make sure you check out their signature dessert such as mini French pastry, mango pudding, Apple in Filo with Strawberry Coulis, agar-agar and Chocolate Eclair. There are 6 menus to rotate, specially created to satisfy diverse palates.
