Great Family Bonding Moments Playing Fun Games From Happy Go KL

When parents are so busy with work or doing other important things, we forget that we need relax and enjoy life a little. When I was a small girl, I used to enjoy playing Chess, Checkers, Snake & Ladders, Memory Card, Scramble Word Game and Monopoly. Even as an adult now, I find it still fun to play these games for some family bonding time especially with children.

Recently I came across two very fun games from Happy Go KL. One is the Lizards and Ladders priced at RM 70 and the other is the educational playing cards priced at RM 35. These two games are from Happy Go KL which is a website for all parents looking for fun activities and outings with kids in Malaysia.

Lizards and Ladders

Lizards and Ladders is similar to Snake and Ladders but is way more fun to play. This is because the rules of the games are a little different. If you roll a six on the dice, you can get a durian card which allows you to avoid sliding down a lizard's tail. If you land on a tapir or pangolin, you move forward 2 steps and if you land on a hornbill or tiger, you move forward 1 step. Hope you can avoid landing on the Orang Utan because he will eat the durian which means you need to return the durian card in the game.

You can change the rules of the games to suit the age of the players. You can make it harder by setting the rule to roll an exact number to get to the finish square. My children and I love to play this game when we have free time.

Playing Cards

This deck of playing cards has cute animal pictures and comes with educational cards about Malaysian animals. You can play Memory game, Snap, Go Fish, Old Maid, Crazy Eights or Switch, Spoons, Rolling Stone, Beggar My Neighbour or Cheat. For instructions on these games, you can scan the QR code at the back of the box.

Children can learn more about animals from reading the educational cards.

For every game sold at Happy Go KL, RM 1 will be donated to nature conservation in Malaysia.

Hope you get these two games and have fun playing with your children! For more information, yo can visit Happy Go KL FACEBOOK
