Grey N Blue Restaurant, Mahkota Cheras

When you are around Mahkota Cheras area, you will notice many restaurants mushrooming there. Sometimes it's a hard decision to choose which restaurant to dine in. I was invited to Grey N Blue and I would recommend this restaurant if you want a nice and cozy restaurant with delicious food.

This restaurant has 3 storeys and they offer different seating arrangements to let customers feel more relaxed.

Grey N Blue serves western cuisines, local delights and vegetarian food with over 100 choices. Western food and Chinese food are handled by 2 different chefs. These are the dishes I tried here.

Cheese Chicken Chop - RM 22.00. The grilled boneless chicken topped with mozzarella cheese, thousand island, ham, served with potatoes wedges and salad is a must try because the tender chicken meat really went well with the mozzarella cheese and thousand island. This was my favorite dish.

Deep Fried Calamari - RM 13.00 was crispy and delicious.

Mixed Grilled Platter - RM 50.00 is a combination of lamb, prawn, ham and tomato in a sizzling hot plate. The prawn was covered with cheese and was very fresh and tasty.

Spaghetti Vongole - RM 20.00 had lots of fresh baby clams cooked with garlic, chilli flakes and white wine sauce.

Seafood Cioppino - RM 28.00 was my daughter's favorite because she loved the taste of the tomato sauce and all the prawns, squids and mussels.

Roast Scotch Chicken - RM 25.00 was served with ham, tomatoes, broccoli and sauce. The chicken meat was tender and it was well marinated.

Jumbo Breakfast - RM 19.80 is perfect for breakfast as there is egg, chicken sausage, turkey ham, tomatoes, salad, potatoes, and mushrooms. A healthy breakfast for a great start of the day.

Three Mini Beef Burgers - RM 21.00. Toasted mini sesame seed buns sandwiched with homemade pate, tomato, cheese sauce and cucumber served with potato wedges and salad.

Salted Egg Chicken was spicy and salty. It's not suitable for those who do not like spicy food.

The shaved ice cream with 3 flavors - Taro Yam, Strawberry and Honeydew - RM 12.90 each

S'more Dip - RM 26.90 was very sweet because there was melted marshmallow and chocolate. It was served with crackers.

Don't Ask, Must Try - RM 19.90 looked really creative and nice. This is one of the signature dessert here and it's a must try. This is toasted bread with bread pudding, kiwi, strawberries, raisins, ice cream, cornflakes and chocolate sticks. 

Grey N Blue is a great place for private functions because they can cater food to fulfill customer's needs. The minimum order is 30 pax, RM 50.00 nett per pax with total 12 different types of food and beverages.
