Spreading Festive Cheers by The Federal Kuala Lumpur at Kontiki

To celebrate the spirit of the holy month of Ramadhan, the Management and Staffs of the Federal Kuala Lumpur put their hands together to spread the festive cheers to the Charity Home namely Rumah Jagaan Titian Kasih. Over 40 children were treated with sumptuous buffet spread of Sajian Kampung Buffet dinner at Kontiki Restaurant with over 100 traditional dishes to choose from. The appetizers include gado-gado, rojak buah, ulam Kampung, Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu daging just to name a few.

The BBQ cylinder station include hard shell prawns, tiger prawns, mussels, stingray fish, chicken drumstick, beef & chicken satay, otak-otak, lamb & chicken with Lebanese bread, murtabak with chicken curry and others.

There was sushi & sashimi, roasted duck, ikan merah asam pedas, grilled lamb cutlet on ratatouille, braised beancurd with seafood, yong tau fu, ayam padprik, spaghetti Bolognaise, hati ayam goreng berkicap, fried squid, sweet corn crab meat soup and lots more.

Ms Ooi Lee Ping, Director of Marketing, Regional Sales & Business Developement of Federal Hotel International said "The holy month of Ramadhan is a time for tradition, a time of sharing and giving. We are most happy to share this meaningful berbuka puasa with the children of Rumah Jagaan Titian Kasih."

Singing to entertain the children

The festive charity treat brought happiness and smiles to the children. Federal Hotel management team also presented Raya Hampers to the Home, distributed raya packets and goodie bags to the children. 

The Sajian Kampung Buffet Dinner is available from 10th June 2016 until 2nd July 2016.
