TRIKSTARS , Masters Of Trickery at Sunway Lagoon

TRIKSTARS: Masters of Trickery, a world-class magic, illusions, comedy and musical unlike anything seen before in Malaysia, will be performed right here at Sunway Lagoon's Amphiteatre for the very first time from 5th December 2015 to 20th December 2015.

Produced by internationally renowned theatrical impresarios, Dion and Randall International – they bring together six great magicians and illusionist all across Las Vegas and Europe for this spectacular performance that is set to charm the whole family!

The Wizardry of Phelston Jones, a great magician that captivates audiences with magic and comedy as he playfully picks on the audience to produce mesmerizing one-of-a kind illusions.

Joining the fun is Sylvester the Jester, an American magician best known for playing a cartoon character who comes to life.

King Charles Troupe, a group of young men who play an unbelievable game of high energy basketball on unicycles as they dribble, pass, shoot and weave their way through the world's wackiest game of basketball.

Sebatian & Kristina from Hungary are multi award winning dancers who dazzle audiences around the world with their magical transformations.

There is Rudy Coby who leaves audiences in stitches with his humour and enchants them with his acts. To further jazz up the show, Australian born singer J'aime Holland will showcase her vocal versatility and charm you with her sweeping voice.

Terrace Coffee Buffet at Genting Highlands

My daughter and I had our buffet lunch at Terrace Coffee. Coffee Terrace is one of the most spacious dining restaurants at the resort. The premise can accommodate up to 600 diners at any one time. Coffee Terrace features 4 sections - Private Room, Lanai Bar, Nyonya Baba Corner and Alfresco Terrace. There is also good scenic view if you sit near the windows.

There was a variety of food, mainly Western, Chinese and Malaysian food.

Indulging in dessert was my favorite part. These were the different types of cakes and jelly.

Chin Swee Caves Temple Genting Highlands

The Chin Swee Caves Temple is located 4,600 feet above sea level on a 28 acre plot of rocky, forested land donated by Genting Group Founder Tan Sri Dato Seri (Dr) Lim Goh Tong. It is about 5-10 minutes drive down from the peak of the mountain. It is the most scenic site of Genting Highlands.

One of the attractions is the newly-built observation square called the Sky Terrace. Spanning across 35,000 square feet, the Sky Terrace was built for guests to take a leisurely walk among the 'clouds in heaven'.

A large statue of the late Tan Sri Dato' Seri Lim Goh Tong erected in honor of his dedication to the Chin Swee Caves Temple stands tall in the vicinity of the Sky Terrace.

Nine colour dragon wall of luck is at the main entrance of the Temple. The nine colours represent different type of luck. For instance, in ancient folklore, a scholar meeting a yellow dragon would be destined to become a high-ranking official.

Large statue of Buddha. Besides praying to Kuan-Yin and Buddha, devotees can also pray to a black seated statue of Reverend Master Chin Swee which is found inside the Temple.

Bridge of Fairies shows seven beautiful fairies descending gracefully from heaven.

The most popular tourist attraction is the Journey to Enlightenment that depicts the Ten Chambers of Hell. According to Chinese beliefs, the soul of a dead person would be sent to the First Chamber of Hell and his past deeds would be screened by Chin-Kwong-Wang who would decide whether he should receive punishment.

A good soul  would be sent for rebirth in the Heavenly Realm.

For those who are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the right place to visit. The Gohtong Hall consists of 110 rooms - 93 triple tooms and 17 double rooms for meditation, retreat and self discovery.
