Bazaria Buffet At The Boulevard St. Giles Hotel


I was glad to be invited to the Bazaria Buffet food review at Wild Rice Restaurant, level 9 of The Boulevard St. Giles Hotel, Kuala Lumpur last Saturday. This hotel is strategically located at the North Court of Mid Valley Megamall, one of Kuala Lumpur's busiest shopping and entertainment area.




If you are still looking for a good restaurant this coming Ramadhan month, you can check out the Bazaria Buffet Dinner which is alfresco dining by the poolside. The Boulevard St. Giles Hotel will be offering open air iftar experience under the sky by the poolside, an open-air barbeque setting with more than 10 hawker stalls for you to enjoy. Headed by Chef Sheng, one of Malaysia's most decorated chefs with over a decade of culinary experience in both traditional and high-end cuisines and multiple awards, you can expect an unforgettable gastronomic experience unlike any other.






You can start your dinner with great appetizers such as the Traditional Ulam-ulaman, Kerabu, Rojak Buah, Rojak Pasembur, Sotong Kangkung, Rojak Petis and Gado-Gado to excite those taste buds before indulging in the main courses.



I like their Nasi Briyani, Tapioca Leaf Rendang Chicken, Spicy and Sour Oxtail, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Peppered Eggplant and honey-coated chicken wings ala Sarawak. These were all very delicious and tasty. There were also grilled fish, tender roast lamb, udang sambal petai and coconut spiced chicken which kept me wanting for more. 











The various desserts were my daughter's favorite because she loved to eat Durian Cendol and Ais Kacang. There were many types of kuih-muih, local puddings and tapai pulut.
