Facial Experience at Beauté Library, MyTown Shopping Centre

A few days ago, I went to Beauté Library at MyTOWN Shopping Centre to enjoy the Beauté Floral Essential Hydrating Enriching Facial Treatment worth RM880 (150minutes). This was my first time I went to MyTOWN Shopping Centre and there were ample parking lots. Beauté Library is located on 2nd floor on the same row as Parkson.

The friendly staffs greeted me the moment I went in. The staff showed me to a consultation room to fill up a form about my skin type, skin care concerns and details about myself such as whether I have any allergies and the number of hours I sleep,....etc. They said I have acne scars and uneven skin tone problems. I also have oil seeds on my face.

The clean and comfortable consultation room.

After our short discussion and the beautician's advice on how to improve my skin, I was asked to change my clothes in another room where the facial treatment would be done. This room was very cozy and comfortable with soft music playing in the background. The room was very hygienic and clean. It made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Beauté Floral Essential Hydrating Enriching Treatment

Step 1      -    Double Cleanse
Step 2      -    Scrub
Step 3      -    Steam
Step 4     -     Light Extraction
Step 5     -     Ginseng gel + machine
Step 6     -     Face and shoulder massage
Step 7     -     Rose mask

The beautician started by letting me to smell some really nice floral fragrance, then cleansed my face followed by scrub. She told me all their products are from France.

The beautician used steam on my face for about 15 minutes. I almost fell asleep because it was very comfortable.

Steam on my face for about 15 minutes.

Next, the beautician did some light extraction on my face to get rid of blackheads and acnes. The beautician later applied ginseng gel and used a machine with purple light which had a cold sensation on my face for moisturizing my skin. Even though it was very cold, I felt very comfortable.

The next step was the face and shoulder massage which was what I needed after a long day's work. She was very experienced and could massage very well. The last step was the rose mask. I was told to close my eyes at all times while I had the rose mask on. This step took about 20 minutes. There was a cool and moisturized feeling on my face while doing this.

After the facial treatment my face felt softer, more moisturized and more radiant . There were no red marks after the extractions. I am satisfied and had a very good experience here because of the friendly and experienced beauticians. The place was clean and hygienic and most importantly the products were very good and from France.

The left photo was taken before my facial treament and the right photo was taken right after my facial treatment. Both photos were taken without any filters. My face looks more moisturized, brighter and cleaner after the Beauté Floral Essential Hydrating Enriching Facial Treatment.

  6. I went to Beaute library, Mytown a week ago as got free facial from Citibank

The free Citibank facial fairly good

was offered rm580 to remove oil seeds & cyst . As offer, it was pay 1 get 1 free.

Asked before I commit whether it is through laser. Staff said no and that procedure is trade secret and privy to them

Committed and requested that the 2 treatments to be done one shot

    Bottom line
    - BL use laser to burn cyst or white heads . Staff denied this is laser demonstrated either lack of knowledge or deliberate intention not to disclose.
    - as there will be small open wound after laser treatment , BL gave some sort of powder mixed with medicine to prevent inflammation. This should be treated with proper antiseptic cream . Guess because they got not license to prescribe
    - for Rm1,160 value of treatment, the number of spot they removed is up to them. If u decide to do this, better agree with them which are the spots they will remove as this treatment. In my case , they did a few spots (my personal view is exorbitant charge) and then ask me to sign rm4k to rm5k package to treat the balance. Yet, no clarity as to what will be treated

Laser works . But better agreed all upfront to protect yourself . Didn't like the sale tactics of the saloon . No transparency in pricing.

  10. Agree with the comments from Think2. I had the same experience at Mytown too.

My advice to all who have received complementary vouchers from any banks......pls don't take the offer. Nothing is free from this beaute saloon. Yes, they will give you the first treatment free and then along the way they will persuade you to do some treatment like removing oil seeds and that will be expensive. After your treatment they will bring you to their consultation room and there's where they will persuade you to sign up for their packages which I feel is very expensive including their products. They are not transparent in their pricing.

    Don't fall into their trap.

    3. I went to redeem their free facial given by PBB credit card at Beaute Library Midvalley on 19th Nov 2019. I was attended by Jessy Chin Jia Sin 0162313853 who is an amateur beautician. After the facial she sweet talked me into signing RM900 for 4 Beaute Floral Essential facials which was not written clearly if all are with collagen treatment. The next day, 20th Nov I called Jessy to cancel as I didnt receive any product or treatment yet and there should be 3 days cooling off period. She told me her manager Carrie who is not around will call me on 22nd nov 2019 i waited till 23rd Nov at 7pm still no call from Carrie or Jessy. I called Jessy who told me Carrie is suppose to solve the problem and hang up my call telling me she is on leave. I called Carrie and she told me my complaint of After sales No Service will be escalated to their higher management for cancellation approval and will get back to me by 2nd Dec 2019. No call from Carrie or Jessy and I called Carrie on 3rd Dec who was busy but Carrie doesnt return my call and my 2nd call to her, I was told by her Staff that Jessy is suppose to solve the problem. Now they just beat around the bush and doesnt want to attend to my complaint or solve problem. Beware of this Beaute Library of After Sales No Service...Take note of Jessy Chin who was very sweet like an angel when doing sales but a devil when you want her to solve problem, just can hang up your phone..They are in service industry how can they do that....Dont get conned by Beaute Library...As at today I received nothing from them.

Even though i dont have any skin problem as i keep my skin maintenace by taking supplement but somehow rather the beauticient will never give up convince from 12 treatment to 6 then to 4. I end up take up mini pakage 4+1. Average out rm200 per treatment. I think is just reasonable for that standard. Those who received free invitation from any bank. Think twice n prepared.

  17. Agreed, no free lunch in this world. After the free facial worth RM880, they will keep you in the room and keep suggesting and convincing you with their very valuable and attractive packages. The one they offered to me was, RM880 treatment in 50% off, plus additional 8 treatments, package come with a free facial mask and a free pigmentation treatment. Wooohh, sounds so luring, RM4400 divided by 18 times, only RM244 per collagen facial session with the 0% interest installment plan. Even if you do not have the credit card with 0% interest, they can bear and absorb your interest also. However you need to make the full payment first. Well, once payment made, and if you found out no installment plan can be offered by the bank and you requested the saloon to refund, they will find many excuses and offer you the other alternatives to retain the package and refused to refund! Ok, 2 weeks gone after the complaint made to their so-called head quarter at Puchong, they finally get back to me on the refund but i need to pay the 6% GST, RM50 of cancellation fees, and the "free product" that cost RM450!! In this case, they at least earned a RM700 from me which counteracted the free RM880 collagen facial treatment via Citibank i supposed. A terrible experience where i will never never recommend my friends and relatives to visit BEAUTE LIBRARY at all. It's not about the money but the business strategy the saloon use to get the customer sign on package. I strongly believe the staffs (regardless of which outlet) have been educated in this way to get the customer sign on the package via Citibank birthday rewards. Just re-think, do you really think one collagen treatment really worth RM880? Think twice.

  18. Same thing happened to me. I was offered free treatment due to my birthday month and i chose the collagen facial worth rm880. I went to their Mytown branch. During the facial the beautician by the name of Kelly promoted their hair removal treatment with the trial price of rm180. I didn't say i would do it but when she put my mask on she said while doing your mask i can prepare u for the hair removal. I work very fast. I didnt even say yes. But i was thinking ok lah rm180. So while she was cleaning my armpit before starting the treatment i asked her how long will it last. She said 1 month. Now after 2 days my armpit hair grew back already. I called her but she is on leave. Will follow up again tomorrow. Also after i was finished with the facial she asked me to buy the facial package from her. I said no. Then she said all of us here work very hard to serve our customer. If you dont sign up it will affect my performance. I told her sorry i have facial packages elsewhere. Then why don't u sign up the hair removal. Previously she was selling at rm580 to me for 3 sessions. Then out desperation she said oklah you pay rm400 because u already pay rm180 for the trial session. I stood firm and said no. She wasn't very happy. She walked off and asked her colleague to serve me instead as i had to pay for the rm180. Bad experience. Tomorrow will see how things goes. I will pursue this matter further with the Tribunal if she tries to be funny. I am not going to pay rm180 for my hair to grow back so soon. I could have just shaved.

  19. Omg ... i just went to mytown yesterday and left at 7pm ++. Didn't read any blog or online reviews . At first I thought of claiming the free facial collagen via citibank birthday voucher .
Well, I was asked to purchase a membership program Rm880 consisf of 3 session, collagen facial, detox , pigmentation. She was telling me , this was specially cater to citibank voucher promo and for you to try out at special rate . After that , she said you can purchase products at 50% off Retail price.
Without thinking much about price authenticity , and didn't read any reviews , I sign up and paid .
Upon payment , I saw the retail price of Milk Cleanser Rm300... I queried them, how come you said 50% off retail price and this you charge me at Rm230!!!
Then another consultant said , this is correct . I am not cheating you ...
well, I was in a hurry and left without further queries .

Now when I reached home after my supper time , I google n check this out .
To my surprise , I saw u gals complaining about their pricing and some others been Conned !!
I whatsapp to their company phone saying Tomoro once their shop is open , I will bring all the products back and return ... will cancel the program and payment which I've made via citibank at one go .. they charge me Rm880 for facial , Rm230 for the milk cleanser and Rm330 for Pigmentation savior (night cream) and also plus 6% gst ... total Rm1,440 + 6%....
    It's so expensive right ?

    What's your advise ...

I believe I have been cheated for the Milk Cleanser pricing ...
Oh ya ... they didn't conduct any skin analysis and didn't take photos of before and after ..

If they do not want to refund , I will take it to tribunal and complain to citibank . We can cancel within 24hours

  20. We should relate thus matter to the Board and Citibank. Same thing happened to me. I went for my 1st paid treatment. It was an upgraded from the pricing rm1880. I just want to see what's make this treatment so expensive n to my disappoinment. The machine look cheap like China made. The beauticient claimed was from Korea. I dont think so. I told the beauticient your pricing is not transparent. Mark up the price so high n give huge discount to sign the packege. She said so far no one complaint n also citibank have worked out with them well. Overall i m not happy with the treatment i feel like get cheated.

  30. I went to Midvalley yesterday before reading this blog. I wanted the detox body by informing the receptionist and the consultant but the consultant convinced me the collagen facial is better and can see the difference immediately. My gift card was from OCBC. The facial was good and lots of extractions done. But after the facial, that's when the art of convincing came in...from Rm8800 for 10+10 facial + 20 sessions oil seed removal+ 20 eye treatment, etc..seems a good deal with 2-years installment. But it was still too expensive for me. Then the price was lowered to RM6800 for the same sessions. I was adamant not to sign up as I wasn't prepared to buy anythg. The price came down to Rm1500, then RM880, the RM580 (3+1 sessions). In the end I told her no and I had to go and if I feel.she us good, I will come back. She told me the promotions is only for new 1st time customer and it won't be this price next time with all the thrown in FOC sessions. I told her its fine. Overall, the facial session lasted almost 3 hours.

The persuasion session lasted another 50 mins.
If you want to try, make sure you stand firm on not signing up.

  31. I went to this so called Beaute Library in Mytown Mall. Bought it through Fave is cost me RM28 and then after arrived in this place; everything is pleasant and well attended. Halfway through my facial treatment, the lady named Alice offered an ampoule since i have acne pblm and it claimed to soothe my face, i agreed to purchased and it cost me RM128 which it is fine since the facial originally cost me RM28. After the facial session ended, the lady offered me a package cost RM2900 somehow i feel it is DAMN BLOODY PRICEY and i said NO. Then, she came back and said she would offer me RM2600 which she said deduct RM300 from the voucher. I know it is part of the tactic.
    Long story short, I’m stupid that I have fall to their trick which I am now currently wanted to cancel the package. I feel very regret honestly after I have this talk with my friends. I seriously feel very REGRET and I would say this Beaute Library is not very good as it claims and a lot of bad reviews from others. They said the first trial is very good wait until the 2nd and 3rd won’t be that good already. I would come to conclude that;
    1) The price is not transparent enough. E.g RM2600 is not included GST and they will wait until u handed over the card then only said the price is not included GST
    2) The ampoule I purchased RM128 is exclude GST – they should have told me in the room the ampoule is actually RM128 exclude GST (Very bad)
    3) Very hard sell even you reject many times and worst is the lady will show the ‘sour’ face if you not sign their package and will pass to the other person to handle
    4) Before signing the package, please read carefully their Term & Con. I only realise that once you sign their package you are unable to cancel. This is one of their tricks to lock their customers. It left you no choice and this is actually very bad move which ‘customer have no right’.
    5) If you think you don’t want to sign the package, be FIRM & STRICT then WALK AWAY!! Best is ready cash and don’t bring credit card else ended up like me.

I hope that i'll be able to get back my RM2600 which is a lot as they have locked my credit card and i ask to cancel my card the bank unable to do so and i need to go thru them which i feel fed up. If anyone actually could tell me if i could complain to tribunal or any other way please let me know. Thanks

  32. After reading all the comments, it actually pull me out for not going for the facial but eventually I would give 5-star for their services after that! I had decided to go since i receiving an complimentary treatment from OCBC and i believe it is a special privilege given by OCBC.

I had my 1st facial at their Mytown branch on last Saturday, the whole experience was really good i was keeping myself awake is just too hard as it is so relaxing, the therapist's skill is good and well-trained. I loved her touch and it is professional. If I'm not mistaken her name is J Wen, she's had reallyy do the facial professionally and friendly. After treatment, there were consultation session, in my opinion it were not pushy as I thought, they had given me few beauty advises even i'm not sign up for any package for them. but I will definitely give it a try for the next time.

I had never been so relaxed before, strongly recommend!

  33. Reading all these comments here, if you are firm of not signing up for the packages that require you to pay money for the treatment, they can't force you to take up those packages isn't it? In other words, for those who intend to walk in to the Beaute Library centre just to claim for the one-off free treatment with the free voucher given by participating banks, you can just do the free treatment without any other obligation isn't it?

I just got a free voucher from OCBC bank today with 3 choices of treatment (Collagen Facial, Signature Body Detoxifying and Intensive Bust Enhancement (for females only)). This offer is not transferable to other family members or friends as mentioned in item no. 2 of the Terms and Conditions isn't it? If not, I'll either go for the Facial or Body treatment. Can't take the 3rd treatment since I'm a guy.

I am quite sure that no matter how pushy those staff at the centres are, they cannot force you to take up additional packages unless you yourself succumb to the temptation of those attractive packages, or the pressure from the staff. Right? Is there anyone here who did not attend to take up any packages at the centres walked out after the free treatment sessions without making any payment?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Overall the facial is fine (Definitely they need to provide the best at the first session right - no choice because you carry the 50%-50% to try their service.) Somehow, i feel that they are not very clear with the price of their product and the facial treatment. They offered me RM5300 package and due to pricey i reject and they reduce to RM5000 and reduce again for me to RM4500. Does that mean the package is not worth RM5300? Very fishy!! I don't like to have any attachment or commitment with those treatment and maybe the beautician though I'm look fierce. Haha Those that have bad experience with them, i feel sorry for you guys.

  35. Besides being not transparent on prices and being very pushy, they were not very helpful and responsible when I lost my necklace in their saloon too. I went to Mahkota Cheras outlet in the evening to have my free facial (complimentary for OCBC card holder). The staff helped to took off my necklace and kept it on her trolley. After my facial treatment finished at 7.30pm, I left the place (after the long-winded package selling talk) without my necklace. I called them on next day morning at 10am, they said they will help me to find it but after couple hours, they said they couldn't locate my necklace. I went to them in person, asking them to help to find it because the necklace costed me more than RM 2k. They kept saying nobody found it and I could make a police report if I would like to. I did file a report at police station and really regretted to visit this place. So, anyone who would like to have their free facial, pleasee be alert, be firm and watch out your own belongings at all times. Definitely will NOT suggest Beaute Library to anyone.

  36. If you study a bit about the guidelines under Beauty Industries provided by KPDNKK under the Code of Ethics, e.g. all the beauty industries must act honorably towards their clients by informing and publishing a transparent pricing or charges list prior to the treatment and avoid any false claim that can mislead the clients; AND refrain from participating in aggressive or pressured products or services promotion which will lead to disturbance and harassment to the clients. Therefore, as a consumers you have right to complain to Tribunal if you faced this kind of situation. I trust KPDNKK will take immediate action if your right has been violated. Don't let them bully you.

  37. Hi! I have recently signed up their package too. RM1400 + 6% GST for 5 sessions of collagen facial. And yes, they didn't tell you the price is exclude GST until you make payment. After reading all the comments, I feel I was conned and wish that I saw this post before. They can simply offer any price just to persuade you to sign up their package. Their pricing is not transparent at all! I think after this package I must stand firm and not to fall in their trap again.

  39. REVIEW OF BEAUTE LIBRARY

I also agree that Beaute Library is a place to AVOID.
    Had the complimentary voucher
During the facial, silly enough, I said yes to the RM98 nano whatever liquid that was in an ampoule as she proclaimed I have sensitive skin.

After that, she tried to hard sell a package to me.
Initially said it is RM680 for 3 facials excluding eye treatment sessions, and will discount the RM98 I just spent.
Then, said if I add another RM130, I would get 4 facials (therefore RM710) in total.
Later on, we negotiated to a price of RM580 for 3 facial sessions including eye treatments.

As I was about to pay, they said its RM710 for 4 facials, later on said it's RM582 for 3 facials but without the eye treatments.
I know RM2 is not a big deal at all, but I have lost complete confidence in them then as I felt they were being very pushy and dishonest.
And refused to sign up further.

They kept making me pay by:
    1. Saying that they have "already processed the receipt" so they (the beauticians) have to pay for whatever they have processed through.
    2. Try to make me feel guilty by saying that I apparently "agreed" to the sessions.
    3. The credit card was still in the card machine and they were trying to key in the amount onto the card to charge me. (I had to tell them to STOP keying in onto the card machine)
    4. Right before I left, they apparently said that they will give me 4 facials for (RM580 +RM98 that I have paid) which is about RM170 per session. (Again, pricing is NOT transparent)

However, they have been extremely unprofessional, pushy, dishonest that I refused and walked out. I felt silly paying RM98 for that whatever liquid that was applied on my face, but since the facial session was complimentary, I try not to mind as much.

I will give credit when it's due though, the place is nice and clean, service was friendly enough before the hard sell, my skin does feel really nice and hydrated after the session.

However, I would really recommend going elsewhere where you will receive good service and not having to be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable.

  40. Ain’t a person who likes to write, but I wish to use this platform to share my bad experience with Beaute Library (“BL”) so that there won’t be anyone (victim) get into the same situation like me.
The story is rather lengthy, but please read it!
On 20 May 2018, I had a facial appointment with BL, Kota Damansara. When I was undergoing my facial treatment, beauty consultant Foo Zhi Ting (“FZT”) had advised me that the freckles on my face were getting serious. Immediately, she offered to provide a free trial experience by removing one of my freckles on my face during my facial treatment. After that, she led me to a room by explaining the freckles removal treatment to me. As I noticed the spot on my face (where she had removed my freckles) turned redness, I asked her if this would leave a scar or uneven surface on my face. She said the wound will turn into a small scab which will subsequently drop off without leaving scar. The recovery would take about 1 week. She also informed me that this freckles removal treatment has to be done together with the collagen treatment. As my face condition would required 5-7 freckles removal treatments, she offered a package of 10 collagen plus 7 freckles removal treatment amounted to RM3,688. She further informed me that each freckles treatment (without collagen treatment) would have cost me about RM200-300. Hence this package is very worthwhile.
My second concern to her was unable to utilize this treatment as I’m going to leave the country in Sep 2018 for a year. She reassures me that the recovery of scab will take about 1 week and the required interval between treatments is 3 weeks. Hence I will be able to utilize at least 5 freckles removal treatment before my departure. The 5 freckles removal treatments will be sufficient to remove most of the freckles on my face, while the balance of it will be used as a ‘maintenance treatment’ when the freckles re-surfaced again.
My third consideration is GST charges. Given government has announced zero GST from 1st June 2018 onwards, I asked if I should only sign up this treatment/package later, she informed me that I will not be charged by GST if I signed it now.
After addressing all my concerns, I decided to sign up for the package with her.
1 week later, I noticed the small scab on my face has dropped off but it left with an uneven spot on my skin (a small scar). Immediately, I called FZT for clarification. As the outcome of my skin condition is different from what she has told/promised to me, I requested a full cancellation and refund on the package that I signed on 20 May 2018.
It is about 2 months by now, the small scar remains. I have approached FZT and her manager Agnes multiple times on the refund. To my disappointment, they told me that BL doesn’t have a refund policy. Instead, she offered me with an alternative solution by converting this package to other treatments. However I rejected the offer because it differs from my original purchase intent (I don’t need it at all!). I strongly think that there was a mis-selling element during the sale process too:
    (1) the treatment left a scar on my face;
    (2) The recovery of the treatment take more than 1 week (indeed both FZT and Agnes cannot guarantee the uneven surface on my face will be fully recovered). That would also mean I wouldn’t be able to utilise the treatment before my departure in September 2018.
    (3) Non-transparent pricing. I was not presented with any brochure with pricing clearly stated on it,
    (4) GST incurred on this package. During the sale process, zero GST was explained verbally by FZT. Only after payment, I was presented with (1) a receipt/invoice that is folded, (2) my credit card bill, and (3) an appointment card. As FZT has told me that there will be zero GST on this package, I did not unfold the receipt to read it through. This is only discovered when I read the invoice carefully in order to demand for a refund!
As such, I have lodged my complaint to National Consumer Complaint Center... I might take it to tribunal if NCCC is unable to help me…

  42. I went to MyTown branch for RM880 worth facial/collegen treatment , complimentary of Citibank birthday treat.
After the facial, the beautician (the one in the photo of this blog post... she addressed herself as Sherwin or Sherwain something like that) started to hard sell the facial package. She told me there's a promotion 50% discount for the facial treatment, thus the price is RM440 if I signed up that day but have to sign up for 12 months sessions which cost RM5280 (Collegen, deep cleansing, remove oil seeds + serum). When I said let me think about it first & it's too expensive, she offered a 15 sessions with the same amount RM5280... So now the price is RM352 per session. She told me that the extra 3 sessions are from her own staff allocation treatments that the company gave to her. Meaning she had to forfeit her treatments and gave that sessions to me (so kind). I was still hesitant... told her I've huge commitments. Then she said no need to go for all those 15 sessions, perhaps try 10 sessions first... then try 5 sessions.. the offer kept getting cheaper, and at one point of time she offered me about RM150 per treatment. I was actually tempted to sign up at that point of time LOL. When I said it's getting late and I had to make a move, she pushed me to just take a membership of RM880. Keep on telling me that the offer was valid for that day only when I said it's not my practise to make an impromtu decision. Lastly, when I was at the door she told me with a sour face that the offer valids for a week shall I changed my mind later. Tbh, as mentioned earlier i was really tempted to sign up... but looking at her sour face when she thought she didn't manage to secure the deal just sealed my decision not to ever come to this place again.
Reading all the other posts here made me relieved that I didn't sign up for the treatments.

Anyway, the facial treatment was great. If you wanna use the free promotion, please go ahead for that few hours of pampering. In my case, it was 3hours 15minutes facial treatment. Some of the sessions were way bit longer though.
However, just be cautious of the hard selling after the treatment. It can get really pushy & annoying. So be firm if you don't feel like signing up for the package.
Another thing is she'll convince you that you have facial problems that you didn't even know exist on your face before, such as oil seeds. I know how oil seeds look like but the one that she pointed out on my face was definitely not an oil seed.

  52. Omg i think I'm being con-Ed by them too. I went to mytown branch somewhere in August when I was pregnant. Then their first complimentary facial was comfortable and had a good experience. I was persuaded to sign up a package for 2400 for 10 facials(which is quite pricy compared to my usual beauty saloon) . The reason I signed up is because I remembered the consultant told me that 3 facial are targeting my pores. I recalled that she mentioned something using needle, then it will makes my pores smaller and less visible, new technology blah blah blah(which I suspect it's micro needling procedure, which I found out later in my usual saloon) . The rest 7 facials are collagen facials(to me it's normal facial la for hydration etc) .

After giving birth, I visited them again in Nov and Dec and I realise the treatment was using normal machines(cold metal feeling to apply some gel). When I finish the 2 treatments, I'm unsure about the package I had, so I checked with the consultant. They told me it was the collagen treatment which is for my pores (my 3 exp treatment) . Then i asked again, what about the other 7 treatments? She said oh, it's for collagen as well, but using different machines. She also told me I can change all treatment to the one I done twice coz the price is the same. I was puzzled and I asked, since the price same y your consultant put 3 and 7 different facials? She told me was the code problem.
After I left the saloon I keep thinking, meaning to say my package does not have the microneedling treatment(which is quite pricy facial) which she promised initially when I signed up the facial. I felt cheated but I think I can't do anything as my receipt does not has any wording on the description of the treatment as well. Such a good tactic to set a trap for me to fall in. I will banned this beauty saloon but to bad I still have 8 sessions with them

  57. Hi all i got the voucher 880 from uob so
I went to the mid valley branch just to validate the story that people had been through since i dont have anything to do today. Yup! The jalan cerita is the same. After the facial session finished they put me in one room to convince me to take the package they offered . 10 plus 10 session la 20 plus 10 session la.. like multilevel marketing when she wrote on the paper for me.Omg so mahal. I said to them i dont have that much money just for facial. She doesnt gave up till the end. End up she offered me the student package (kononnye ade student package sedangkan dorg yang letak harga suka hati) from rm880 per session they give rm200plus per session.. hahha desperate i guess.. they are clever u know.. they will offer u to use your credit card for installment.. until 18months.. so pandai.. i said to them i dont want to use my credit card. Only cash.. i did booked for 3more session. Booking fee rm80.. but im not sure will go again or not.. coz 200 plus per session still mahal lor..

  59. Beware of this Beaute Library of After Sales No Service...Take note of Jessy Chin who was very sweet like an angel when doing sales but a devil when you want her to solve problem, just can hang up your phone..They are in service industry how can they do that....Dont get conned by Beaute Library...Pls throw away any free birthday complimentary Beaute Library facial voucher you received from any bank.. 61. normally i dont write review because i am too lazy to write. however, i have a very bad experience at Beaute library 1U branch. 2 months back, i redeemed their free signature body detoxifying program through shopee coins. as usual, i called up their branch and make appointment. however, during the consultation, their branch manager C asked me to to up RM1xx for facial as she said my face is dark (which i think it is very ridiculous because i know my face have a lot of blackheads and she did not point out the problem at my face but say it is dark. i refused at first because i came here to redeem the free program. the so called free program is hot blanket and metabolism treatment through machine (which i have forgotten the name of the 2nd treatment). the hot blanket treatment was ok however, the 2nd treatment was far worse and disappointing than the 1st treatment. the 2nd treatment has 2 machines (1 is for my top and 1 for my pelvis). the therapist ONLY ACTIVATED the machine for my pelvic and when she came in to check on me, i asked her how come i x feel anything on my top and she said is normal. from that moment, i was suspicious and i peeked at the bottom of the bed when the therapist was out and guess what? the therapist x not activate the machine for my top and from that moment onward, i felt CHEATED. NO WONDER i x FEEL ANYTHING for my top and yet she got the audacity to tell me saying that it is normal. after the both treatment were over, manager C tried to hard sell their slimming and facial packages and even got the audacity to tell me that if i cancel my credit card, i can apply again to buy their packages. i refused. after seeing my adamant decision, she asked me to fill up the review form through tablet. i was forced to give them 5 stars because she was looking at me and on the way out at their entrance, i saw that they have a QR code for customers to redeem their free facial (which they did not state for new customer only). i asked manager C what is this treatment all about and she gave me a look as if i am a cheapskate person who only want to redeem free treatment and not even a word of thank you when sending me out. YES, TO THEM I AM A CHEAPSKATE PERSON BUT THIS IS MY MONEY AND I HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO BUY THEIR PACKAGES AFTER BEING CHEATED DURING THEIR 2ND TREATMENT and i should have read the review before coming here. never again

I was here to try out the RM108 (Crystal K treatment & already done payment) . But they keep on said to me the crystal K package will not bring any result to my skin but why they will ask me to pay the treatment first and at the end went to there they said my skin is not suit? This is very ridiculous !

The treatment was only have 30 minute and less than that. Before we purchase the treatment they told me it will take 1 and half hour on the whole treatment . I am not enjoy the whole treatment process . So at the end done the treatment, they closed me and my friend in a room and keep on pursue us to sign up their package !
