Double Happiness Set Dinner (Chinese New Year) and Valentine's Set Dinner at Bintang Revolving Restaurant

Chinese New Year and Valentine's day is just around the corner. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate these two occasions, you can consider dining at Bintang Revolving Restaurant. I had the opportunity to try the Double Happiness (Chinese New Year) 5 course set dinner and the Valentine's 5 course set dinner a few days ago. Dining at Bintang Revolving Restaurant (Malaysia's first revolving restaurant) on the 18th floor of The Federal Kuala Lumpur was truly a great experience as I could see the beautiful Kuala Lumpur night view in 360 degress as it revolves. It is an ideal venue for families and couples get together.

Celebrate this auspicious year of the Earth Dog with good health, good luck, wealth and longevity by having a sumptuous gourmet at The Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The lion dance will start at the front entrance for guests to take photos with God of Prosperity and dance through the hotel. The hotel has Chinese New Year festive decorations such as plum blossoms and red lanterns.

Double Happiness 5 Course Set Dinner (RM 138 nett per person)

This is available in January and February 2018, priced at RM 138 nett per adult and RM 78 nett per child (Kid's Menu) from 5pm to 12 midnight. Come and indulge in the sumptuous set dinner with your family and friends.

4. Main Course - Oven Baked Rack Of Lamb With Garlic Brown Sauce (served with Fresh Vegetables & Berny Potato) or Grilled Salmon With Honey Light Soya (served with Fresh Vegetables & Butter Rice with Enoki Mushrooms)
5. Dessert - Nutella Tartlet With Strawberry, Coffee or Tea

Seafood Glass Noodle With Honey Plum Sauce as appetizer was delicious and a little sour & spicy. Love the fresh prawn and glass noodle.

Double Boiled Chicken & Lotus Soup With Chinese Herbs

Oven Baked Rack Of Lamb With Garlic Brown Sauce (served with Fresh Vegetables & Berny Potato). Lamb was tender and delicious and went well with their sauce.

Grilled Salmon With Honey Light Soya (served with Fresh Vegetables & Butter Rice with Enoki Mushrooms)

Nutella Tartlet With Strawberry

Valentine's 5 Course Set Dinner (RM 288 nett per couple)

Carpaccion De Salmon (served with Fresh Green Salad & Marinated Fresh Salmon with Dill Yogurt Dressing)

Broccoli & Potato Cream Soup With Roasted Almond. This soup was creamy and tasted very delicious.

Surf N Turf (combination of Lobster Thermidor and Grilled Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Sauce). The lobster was fresh and the meat was very tasty. The chicken meat was tender and grilled to perfection.

Baked Tenderloin in Fillo Pastry with Mushroom  Stuffing

Passion Fruit Mousse With Berries. The passion fruit mousse was very smooth, delicious and not too sweet.

Dining at the Bintang Revolving Restaurant was a great experience for me and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery with delicious food. This is a great dining place for families, couples or friends get together. I would love to dine here again.
