Simple Recipe with Ayam Brand products

Since I was a little girl, my mom cooked Ayam Brand sardin, Ayam Brand tuna, Ayam Brand baked beans and lots more using Ayam Brand products. I grew up eating these because it's nutritious and easy to cook. If you are lazy, you can actually just open a can and eat it with bread or rice. Ayam Brand is celebrating their 125th anniversary this year. That's a long time Ayam Brand has been around in the market.

I have created a simple recipe using Ayam Brand Sardines in Olive Oil & Chilli with ladies fingers.

Ingredients

10 ladies fingers
1 tbs of anchovies
1 chilli padi
1 tsp of oyster sauce

Method

Cut the ladies fingers into small slices.
Put oil into the pan and stir fry the anchovies until golden brown.
Add in the ladies fingers and cook until soft.
Add in the oyster sauce and stir it.
Open a can of Ayam Brand Sardines in Olive Oil & Chilli and add it to the ladies finger dish.

The sardines taste delicious with the ladies fingers and my daughter loves this simple and easy to cook dish. It's healthy and nutritious too. Sometimes I cook this for her lunch before she goes to school.
